To Blog Or Not To Blog

0

Welcome to Bloggers Village!

This site is just getting started, so be patient. I have great plans for Bloggers Village. If you’re interested in starting to blog, then this will be a good place to start.

In the days ahead, I will show you where and how to get started with your first blog. It will only take a few minutes and you can be making your first post. Go ahead and bookmark this site right now.

Whether you are an experienced webmaster with websites already, using conventional html pages and now looking at using a blog with it, or a new to all of this and wanting to get your first site up, there will be information to help.

I learned to build websites from scratch using html code using an html editor, and I can tell you that that is alot of work. It is much easier, and more effective, to use blogging software to make my sites now. Never again will I use anything but a blog, and I’ll be explaining why on another day.

The best place to start is at the beginning. So, if you are new to blogs and would like to create your first website, you are in luck. That is where I will begin.

This is a list of what you will be able to find in the next few days.

  • How to have and start your own blog or website for FREE
  • What is the best blogging software
  • How to use it and set it up
  • Keyword research
  • SEO or search engine optimization
  • What is the best way to get traffic to your site
  • RSS, RSS Feeds, and how to use it
  • What is Web 2.0 and why it’s good for bloggers
  • What is the big deal about ‘Social Networking’
  • and lots more…

Blogging IS the ONLY way to go, and I can steer you in the right direction and avoid all the hype. You’ll be able to get online and start your own blog in no time at all.

If you are thinking of starting a website or blog, here is YOUR chance, AND to get started FOR FREE! You’ve got NOTHING to lose, so be sure and bookmark this site now if you haven’t already. If you know what RSS is already, be sure and subscribe. If you don’t know what it is, I’ll be writing about that later too.

Happy blogging, :)
Tom
